Get more of what you want out of life
Sometimes, something just feels off—you might know what it is, or only sense its presence. Maybe it’s struggles in relationships, difficulty coping with stress, or the lingering weight of the past. Often, our patterns were once adaptive survival mechanisms, but they may no longer serve us as they once did.
Together, let's uncover what's holding you back—because life isn't just about getting by, it's about thriving.
Challenges that I can help navigate that may be standing in your way:
PTSD/difficult histories
regulating/understanding emotions
LGBTQ+ issues
internalized oppression
shame/self worth/self acceptance
relationship & interpersonal issues
grief and loss
depression, anxiety
finding an authentic & fulfilling path

Hello, I'm a Seattle-based therapist and a Washington State Approved Clinical Supervisor, who has been in practice for 10+ years, doing individual and group therapy with adults 25 years and older. I received my Masters Degree in Clinical Mental Health Counseling from Antioch University, Seattle in 2015.
Before starting my private practice, I worked in community mental health for almost 10 years, including time at Seattle Counseling Center (SCC), an LGBTQ+ community mental health center, and Valley Cities Behavioral Health. These experiences prepared me to work with a wide variety of mental health issues.
I specialize in EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing) and am an EMDR Certified Therapist with extensive experience. My work has focused on somatic interventions and body centered therapies as well as mindfulness practices that helps us to be in the present moment, to be more kind to ourselves.
More about the therapies I offer
Beyond the therapy room, I oftentimes find balance and inspiration in nature. Whether I’m backpacking through the Cascades, camping under open skies, swimming in mountain lakes, cooking good food, traveling to new places, or tending to my garden, I embrace experiences that foster adventure and growth. I believe that just as nature evolves and adapts, so do we, and therapy can be a space to cultivate meaningful change in an intentional way.
I’m dedicated to supporting folks on their path to healing, self-discovery, and increased happiness. My goal is to offer a safe and supportive environment where we can explore challenges, work to resolve bothersome histories, build emotional resilience, and move forward with greater clarity and confidence. I believe that healing is not just about resolving pain—it’s also about rediscovering what brings you meaning, vitality, and connection. If you’re ready to begin your journey, I’d be so honored to walk alongside you.
