Hi, I’m Sean

I'm a Seattle-based therapist and a Washington State Approved Clinical Supervisor, doing individual therapy with adults 25 years and older.

  • Body Centered Therapy

  • Mindfulness Based Therapy

  • DBT (Dialectical Behavior Therapy)

More about the therapies I offer

Beyond the therapy room, I oftentimes find balance and inspiration in nature. Whether I’m backpacking through the Cascades, camping under open skies, swimming in mountain lakes, cooking good food, traveling to new places, or tending to my garden, I embrace experiences that foster adventure and growth.

I believe that just as nature evolves and adapts, so do we, and therapy can be a space to cultivate meaningful change in an intentional way.
